William R. Laird Second Chance Driver's License Act

Thank you for your interest in the Second Chance Driver's License Program.  Please be advised, effective July 1, 2020, a new driver's license program was established for all individuals seeking reinstatement of their motor vehicle license.  With the implementation of the new program, the Second 
Chance Driver's License Program is NOT accepting new applications and is referring all interested parties to contact the court or courts in which fines and fees are owed to apply to the new program. 

For individuals who have applied, but have not received a determination regarding being accepted or denied for the Second Chance Program, are requested to contact the court or courts for which unpaid fines and fees are owed to apply to the new program.  Applications that did not have a decision rendered prior to July 1, 2020 will not receive further review or acceptance to the Second Chance Program.
